Cursor.org: A near-unbeatable semi-daily site that gathers articles from
the major newspapers around the world that managed to escape widespread
publication. The more you learn about what's going on, the more you know what
desperately needs to be changed, and Cursor manages to dig out those little
details that most people would just like to forget about. Truly excellent.
Counterpunch.org: Another good source of excellent articles. Unlike
Cursor.org, Counterpunch has original articles and a large amount of editorial
content, but of excellent quality, very well researched, and very informative.
The Nation: The web site of the famous liberal paper "The Nation".
The Memory Hole: Named after a reference to George Orwell's "1984" where the government threw undesirable stories down a hole to be burned, The Memory Hole serves to preserve government files and documents that "expose things that we're not supposed to know (or that we're supposed to forget.)".
